to $1000 Security Deposit
is required, depending upon length of stay and number

party. This amount is added to total charges
and is refundable 2 weeks after departure if
exit
inspections show no missing or damaged

CARDS: Rates
advertised are for check/money order payments only and reflect a
1.9%
discount from our U.S. credit card rates and 2.9% discount
from foreign currencies paying
by
a non-U.S. credit
card
Payment Policy:
> DEPOSIT: A
$250.00 reservation deposit is required at
time of booking. This deposit will
then
be deducted from the total balance
due
>
BALANCE DUE: The
total balance due, minus the $250.00 reservation deposit, shall
be due
60
days
prior to arrival, or immediately if reservations are made within 60
days of arrival.
Un-paid
balances will result in cancellation of reservation
without refund of
deposit
>
Payments can be made by Check,
Money Order or Cashiers Check by mail or via
electronic
bank transfer. Credit
cards are accepted subject to the credit card fees
described
above
NOTE: All guests must provide credit card
and I.D. as a condition of
booking.
A credit check authorization may be
required
Cancellation
Policy: Cancellations from time of booking up to 61
days prior to arrival are subject to $250
minimum
charge (reservation deposit
forfeiture)
Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are
not subject to any refund, unless a new booking
is
secured for the same
time-frame.
We recommend purchasing trip cancellation
insurance

Late
Check-out: Additional charge for late check-outs will apply as
follows: *Check-outs from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM = ½ day rental

Housekeeping:
Departure/check-out cleaning at the fee noted above
is
included.
Additional cleanings during your stay are available for an
additional
charge.
Damages: All guests are financially responsible for damage or
excess use to the house while they are
occupying the
premises. You will be charged for any missing or damaged
items, excessively soiled
carpets,
furniture or bedding, other than normal wear &
tear.
Our
home is designated NON-SMOKING. Should you or
your guests inadvertently smoke
inside our
home, additional cleaning charges will be
applied.
